For the final project of this course, you will design a 10-question survey to learn about the backgrounds, interests, needs, and goals of bilingual students. After each question, you will include a rationale paragraph explaining what information you can collect from the question, why the information is important to know, and how you plan to use the information as a teacher. Check “Assignments” on Canvas for detailed guidelines, rubric, and examples of the project. For this week’s post, please design one question that you plan to include in the final project survey, followed by a rationale paragraph. The question can be open-ended or closed-ended, and the rationale paragraph should be around 250 words. After sharing your question and rationale, check your classmate’s posts for inspiration. Respond to two posts with your thoughts on how the question reads to you and make some recommendations for revising the questions.
