In the recent weeks, the news has featured several instances of employment related arbitrations. Select one of these instances and review at least three articles that discuss the arbitration. Prepare a one (1) page memo discussing the arbitration process. Please be sure to include citations/links to each of your articles. What was the basis of the dispute? Who conducted the arbitration? How was it resolved? What was the benefit for each party for participating in the arbitration? What is your impression of the arbitration process?

Part II:

In the course of your employment, you should have received an employee handbook. Additionally, several handbooks are available as open sources on the Internet. Review the arbitration policy. Is it clearly written? What events would cause/require an arbitration?
